Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Zigma, operated by Volodymyr Markiv (“Zigma”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the Zigma mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By downloading or using Zigma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Zigma is a self-improvement app that provides educational guides, a daily task planner, progress tracking (including optional photos and measurements), a weekly Progress Score, and an AI coaching feature. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country, to use Zigma. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, you may use Zigma only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account & content
Zigma creates an anonymous account for you. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the content you add. You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your photos and journal). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
4. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Zigma offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, monthly and annual plans). Some plans may include a free trial.
- The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
5. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
6. Not professional advice
Zigma, including its guides and AI coach, is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical, health, mental-health, nutritional, financial, or other professional advice, and the AI coach may produce inaccurate information. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, fitness, or wellbeing. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, software, and brand, is owned by Zigma and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Service.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zigma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide you greater protection.
13. Apple App Store — additional terms
The following applies when you obtain Zigma through Apple’s App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Zigma only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
